  • Daily from 12pm until late. Kitchen runs from 12pm to 9pm every day.

  • Book through the website. For larger groups, special requirements, or if you're running late simply reply to your email booking confirmation, call (03) 9534 0194 or email reservations@thebayhotelmornington.com.au.

    We are also a walk-in friendly venue, however, do recommend booking with us in advance if you’re coming for dinner.

  • We encourage a neat casual dress code, management reserves all rights.

Parties, FUNCTIONS & Private Events

  • Yes. The Front Bar, Vault Room, Bandroom & Upstairs Bar all take private or semi-private bookings — groups of most sizes accommodated across the four spaces.

Food & Drink

  • Monday to Friday, 4–6pm. $10 Selected tap beers, house wines & house spirits.

  • Yes, to both. Vegetarian and gluten-free options run through the menu. Visit our website to view our current food menu.

    • Monday — Burger Day. Beef or vegan with chips. $24.

    • Tuesday — Steak Day. Porterhouse, salad, chips and your choice of sauce $34.

    • Wednesday — Fish & Chip Day.  Served with a leaf salad & tartare sauce $28.

    • Thursday — Parma Day. It’s award-winning. $25.

    • Sunday — Roast Beef with all the trimmings served from 12pm until sold out. $38.

Gigs, Games & Trivia

  • Every Monday from 7pm to 9pm Bookings recommended — it fills up.

  • Yes, bands, DJ’s and dancing shoes. From Friday to Sunday. Check the Gig Guide for the full line-up.

  • Always. We’ll show all AFL, and major international matches as well as most other big events. Check our Live Sport Guide to see what’s playing.

Families & Jobs

  • Children are welcome until 9pm. Highchairs and change facilities available. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

  • We’re open most public holidays, including Easter but closed Christmas Day. Check Google or our socials for specific dates.

  • As a historic building, some areas of our venue are not fully accessible due to its age and layout.
